As part of our annual maintenance and improvement efforts, the renovations, in the Moro Building, will continue this year. We will be focusing on units 201 through 211, with a planned schedule as follows:

Renovation Start: April 26, 2025 (week 17) with Unit 201

The Estimated Completion date is December 20, 2025 (week 50) concluding with Unit 211 which completes the odd numbered units on the 2nd floor of the Moro building.

Each unit, undergoing renovation, will be allocated to an equivalent unit during its assigned week to ensure minimal disruption.
